You get a main team member matched to you and your business, plus a backup who knows your work, so nothing stops when someone's off.
We do everything except your accounts and legal work:
- Inbox and calendar management
- Workflows, systems and tech set-up
- Websites and funnels
- Social media
- Email marketing
- Copywriting (we have an in-house copywriter)
- Admin, research and all the "small" jobs that eat your week
You don't need to know what you need
This is the bit that stops most people getting in touch, so let's clear it up.

Questions people ask
Do I need to know what I want help with?
Nope. That's our job. Bring us what's in your head and we'll work out the priorities together.
When does my support start?
In the month you pay. If you'd rather start on the 1st of next month, just agree it with us before you book.
What if I don't use all my hours?
Hours are use it or lose it each month and don't roll over. We'll help you plan your month so they get used.
How do you count my hours?
In 15-minute blocks. So a quick 5-minute job counts as 15 minutes, and a 20-minute job counts as 30.
Can I pay with Access to Work?
Not for these packages. Access to Work is claimed back afterwards, and these packages are paid upfront, so they don't fit together. If you use Access to Work, our standard support still works with it, just ask.
Can I pay monthly?
These packages are paid in full upfront, that's how we can offer the discount. If you'd rather pay monthly, our standard retainer is still available.
I'm already a client. Can I buy one?
Yes. These packages are open to existing and new clients. Talk to us and we'll line up your start date so you're not paying twice.
Who will I work with?
The person on our team best suited to you and your business, plus a backup who knows your work.
What's a WhatsApp day?
A day where I'm on WhatsApp for you from 10am to 4pm. Message me about anything in your business and I'll advise. It comes with every Bonus Brain Year, and with Bonus Brain Six + Steph at 20 hours a month. It needs to be used by 31 January 2027.
Can I get a refund?
All purchases are final, so please make sure it's right for you before you book. If you're not sure, message us first. Happy to chat it through.
Is VAT included?
Yes, all prices include VAT.
What happens at the end?
We'll talk to you before your package finishes about what's next, whether that's another package, a monthly retainer, or a proud wave goodbye.
